A friend of mine died yesterday. His name was Michael Chen, but to us he was Dr. Mikey. I remember when we first met in art class, we were goofing around with a pen and I ended up carving my name into his hand (lightly, but it was there). We joked about it a lot. I used to blab to him about Resistance: Fall of Man, and how cool of a game it was. Me, being emotionally awkward, cannot really give you a piece on how horrible I feel, or even give a proper eulogy; I'll tell you this though, he was a good friend. Life is too short. That's been said a lot, but it really is true. It seemed like yesterday I was talking to him, but now I can't. He can't be a doctor. Or an artist. Or whatever he wanted to be. So, while your alive, because death is inevitable, live it. Stop complaining, just go out and live.

So, that is it. I'll miss Dr. Mikey. Rest in peace, friend.
